These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of cleaning services by V. Voskresenska Verum (Verum Cleaning).

2. Scope of services
Verum Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-out cleaning, office and maintenance cleaning, as well as additional services agreed individually.
The exact scope of work is agreed based on the client’s request, the type and size of the premises, their condition and use, the requested cleaning frequency, preferred service times and any agreed cleaning plan or additional services.
Certain services, including move-out cleaning and office or commercial cleaning, may require an individual assessment, site visit or custom quote.
3. Quotes and booking
Requests submitted through the website, by email, phone or WhatsApp do not automatically create a binding contract.
A booking becomes binding only after confirmation by Verum Cleaning.
For deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, larger properties, office cleaning or commercial cleaning, Verum Cleaning may request additional information or arrange a site visit before preparing or confirming an individual quote.
The confirmed quote, booking confirmation or agreed cleaning plan determines the scope of service, schedule and any specific conditions applicable to the booking.
4. Prices
All prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, required social contributions, employee insurance and liability insurance, unless stated otherwise.
The standard rate for regular home cleaning is CHF 46 per hour including VAT, unless the Weekly Cleaning Plan or another individually agreed rate applies.
Deep cleaning and one-time cleaning start from CHF 46 per hour including VAT. The final price may depend on the condition of the property, the required scope of work and any additional services.
Move-out cleaning starts from CHF 46 per hour including VAT. The final scope and price are confirmed individually and may be based on an assessment of the property or a site visit.
Office and commercial cleaning is priced individually. The price depends in particular on the size and use of the premises, cleaning frequency, agreed scope of services, service times and other specific requirements.
Prices for additional or custom services are confirmed individually.
4A. Condition of the property
If the actual condition of the property differs materially from the information provided at the time of the request, Verum Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the final quote, duration or scope of service accordingly.
4B. Weekly Cleaning Plan
The Weekly Cleaning Plan rate is CHF 44.50 per hour including VAT.
This rate applies to recurring residential cleaning appointments that meet all of the following conditions:
• cleaning is scheduled at least once per week or more frequently;
• a fixed recurring schedule is agreed;
• payment is made in advance;
• the minimum booking duration is 2 hours per appointment.
The Weekly Cleaning Plan is subject to availability and confirmation by Verum Cleaning.
If the agreed weekly frequency, fixed recurring schedule or advance-payment condition is no longer met, Verum Cleaning may apply the standard regular-cleaning rate of CHF 46 per hour to future appointments after informing the client.
Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and additional services are not automatically included in the Weekly Cleaning Plan and are priced separately unless expressly agreed.
4C. Handover Guarantee for Move-Out Cleaning
Where the Handover Guarantee is expressly included in the confirmed move-out cleaning service, Verum Cleaning will provide re-cleaning at no additional cleaning charge if a reasonable cleaning-related issue is identified during or after the property handover and the issue falls within the agreed scope of service.
The client must notify Verum Cleaning without undue delay after the handover or inspection and within any notification period stated in the quote or booking confirmation. Where possible, the client should provide a description and photographs of the issue.
Verum Cleaning must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where justified, re-clean the affected area before another cleaning provider is instructed to correct the issue.
The Handover Guarantee applies only to cleaning-related issues within the agreed scope of service. It does not cover damage, wear and tear, repairs, maintenance issues, renovation work, defects in the property or services that were not included in the confirmed scope.
The Handover Guarantee does not constitute a guarantee that a landlord, property management company or other third party will accept the property for reasons unrelated to the agreed cleaning service.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled cleaning appointment.
Exceptions may apply in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or similar situations.
Rescheduling to another day is possible at any time, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
6. Access to the property
The client is responsible for ensuring that Verum Cleaning can access the property at the agreed time.
If access is not possible at the agreed time and no timely notice was given, Verum Cleaning reserves the right to charge for the failed appointment or any costs incurred.
7. Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer.
Unless otherwise agreed, standard cleaning services are invoiced after completion of the service and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
The Weekly Cleaning Plan is subject to advance payment in accordance with the agreed billing arrangement.
For office and commercial cleaning, invoicing intervals and payment terms may be agreed individually in the quote, cleaning plan or service agreement.
8. Additional services
Additional services may be agreed separately depending on the property and the client’s request.
Such services may affect the final price and will be confirmed individually.
9. Liability
Verum Cleaning performs its services with due care and professional attention.
If the client believes that damage occurred in connection with the service, this must be reported without undue delay after the appointment.
Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable, existing business liability insurance may cover certain claims, subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
10. Service area
Verum Cleaning provides cleaning services in Zurich, throughout the Canton of Zurich and selected surrounding areas, subject to availability.
Availability for a specific location is confirmed individually.
11. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only.
Verum Cleaning may update, change or remove services, prices or website content at any time without prior notice.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court at the registered seat of the provider, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
