Contact us as soon as possible and let us know what was noted. We will review the issue and arrange the necessary re-cleaning if it relates to our agreed cleaning service.
The guarantee covers cleaning tasks included in the agreed move-out cleaning service. It does not cover property damage, repairs, wear and tear or items outside the agreed cleaning scope.
Please contact us as soon as possible after the handover and let us know what was noted. If the issue relates to the agreed cleaning scope, we will review it and arrange the necessary re-cleaning.
